Routers employ a Network Address Translation (NAT), that lets all the computers in one household to share the Internet connection. By installing one broadband router, you can surf the Internet using your personal computer while your brother send an email using his laptop. Aside from that, your broadband router can create another firewall because NAT can also act as an extra protection while you’re online.
