Jeff Thomson and Geoff Ray Partnership for a better online classified sales

Jeff Thomson and Geoff Ray, today broadcasted their partnership to explore and get into the answers for the betterment of the buyers and sellers. The idea came when Jeff Thomson searching through online classifieds for a used laptop, unfortunately he didn’t find all the information that he needs. He just saw limited description with the products like the pictures and accompanied by some texts. Besides the uncertainty if the laptop is actually working or not he also didn’t know if the person is a scam.

“Combine the need to save money with the approximately 875 million people now shopping online (reported by the Nielsen Company) and you have many people selling new, used and refurbished items to each other online. I imagine many of them share my same frustration, of wanting to have confidence that we are not only getting a good price but we also want to be assured the product will function.” said Jeff Thomson

Jeff was agreed with his friend, entrepreneur Geoff Ray, and colleague from Rutgers University, and found that Geoff also shared aggravation at the shortage in buying online from the conventional classified services available, and that they get the idea to start and have the brainstorming process which leads to their partnership to give an answer.

“What I knew is that content options alone won’t get people to use or browse a classified selling service. Our partnership goal is to ease the global frustration for online classified buyers and sellers.” says Geoff Ray. “
