US will share their classifieds technology
Defense Secretary Robert Gates last Friday said that the U.S. will sell to its NATO ally’s mine-resistant vehicles and other equipment to protect against roadside bombs in Afghanistan. He also added that the US will endow with “whatever we can within the limits of the law” as this will assist, guide and to help protect the allies’ troop.
U.S. officials attend NATO meetings with Robert Gates agreed that there could share their classifieds technologies with their partner and allies to get the job more easily especially when are sending more of their troops to Afghanistan in coming months.
These classifieds technology that the U.S. are thinking to provide to give assistance to help allies combat remotely detonated bombs, known as “improvised explosive devices,” includes jammers, robotic equipment and road-clearing equipment.
